We strive to send you healthy, happy plants! While plants can experience minor stress during transit, we want to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If there's an issue, contact us at Totallyrootedllc@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the plant(s) and packaging.

We highly recommend Heatpacks & Insulation if you are experiencing low temperatures, we are not responsible if you forget to add these items to your package. Please purchase these add ons through the appropriate listing on our site.

We are not responsible for shipping delays! If you are experiencing delays, you can submit a claim through the carrier you worked with. 

If a plant(s) shows up DOA (Dead on Arrival), provided with the proper documentation we can offer a partial or depending on severity, a full refund to help remedy the situation. With refunds the shipping fee is not included.
